Step 1: 
Complete and submit the form below.

Step 2:
When you submit this form, you'll see a link to the information packet and paperwork. Download that packet.

Step 3:
Look for an email from us within 24 hours confirming your application (and we'll resend the packet, just in case).

Step 4: 
Review the information in the packet, fill out the forms, and return them as directed.

**RETURN that paperwork BY MAY 15 to be considered in the FIRST SELECTION ROUND**
